So this is the second time seeing Harry at Hollywood Bowl. Amazing performer !!!!! Hands down triple threat! He can sing , dance and act! The only lows from the show was I didn't feel like there was that much content or enough of actually him singing. They started the show with a star spangled banner rendition by his band not even him singing then had a opening act that probably performed 6-7 songs. He did a cute tap dancing number with a amazing tap dancer and then a Louisiana funeral through the crowd but it was same beat over and over no singing. Ended show with fire works show. So yes it was great but I wanted to hear more of his singing and less of his band or opening act. His concert felt like only a hour of him.....

HARRY AT WOLFTRAP
Are you kidding me? I am still swooning... Absolutely loved the band, all exemplary. The
night air was filled with electricity, and the obvious enthusiasm of the band and
especially the New Orleans and jazz music was contagious. People were dancing,
clapping along. It was thrilling throughout Harry Connick Jr's performance. I had some
idea of his talent, but the man is over-gifted and overflowing with it. And when he
talked to the audience about things, it was like he was sitting on your porch, having a
neighborly, intimate conversation. Yeah, I am definitely smitten! Especially by the song
he wrote for his wife, Jill, One Fine Thing.

AWESOME SHOW!
What a talented man! And the band and accompanying performers were amazing!
Honestly, I bought my ticket thinking it would be a fun middle-of-the-week outing and
the ticket was cheap ($35). My seat was amazing - 50 feet from the stage in the first
balcony. I left the show extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed it. A must see! I'm
a fan now! Mr. Connick has heart and soul and it shows!

CINCY SHOW 8/7
The show was excellent! Harry & the band were relaxed and had fun with each other as they performed many of his hits and man those guys are talented!!! Sound was great. There were many seats open-not a great representation for Cincinnati! Loved how he talked and laughed with the crowd. My husband and I enjoyed the concert. They performed for 1.5 hours-wished it would have been longer, but even so it was wonderful! Definitely would see him again!

TALENT!
An excellent show. Connick and his seven musicians are absolute masters. Harry Connick Junior is a virtuoso pianist, charming, and what musicality. He sings wonderfully.

I'M IN LOVE!!
I always liked Harry Connick Jr and thought of him as only a good vocalist who could play a little piano. Well I was in total delighted shock with his talents. He just oozes with it!! He is such a performer. His piano playing is over the top. Better than Liberace!!! :} His voice is so strong and he's so relaxed and humorous. When he talks to the audience, it's like we've been good friends for a long time. And he's so cute. I love how he loves his wife and family. He's just an all around five star in everything he does. So very glad I got to see him live and experience his wonderful talent.

OUTSTANDING ORGANIC PERFORMANCE
Thursday night at the Pantages. Connick gave his audience an authentic and exciting performance. The actual sound of not only his voice and piano but also the ensemble of horns, drums, bass, additional keyboard and strings were the stars of the show. He allowed the actual music to take center stage and allowed us to experience it all in an intimate way. Simply delicious.

GOOD SHOW
Mr. Connick and Band were great. My only issue with this show was the clarity in sound during the first 20-25 minutes. Lows were sometimes indistinguishable. Not sure if the sound was done locally or if Mr. Connick had his own sound crew, but otherwise the show was awesome. I am a little disappointed by the behavior of our local concert goers. I have been to some local "Jazz and Wine" festivals here, and the attendees at the these events are usually talking and drinking while the music seems to be part of the general background. I found this same behavior at this concert. Two ladies sitting next to me sipped and talked continuously for the first 30 minutes without the realization that others around them were trying to listen. Hope in the future when this type of Act comes through Evansville, folks will be a little more "attentive".

GREAT SHOW IN PHILLY!
Loved it!!! I do agree that that the sound was
off at beginning of show. Otherwise, I’d have
given it 5 stars. Harry was awesome and so
were all of his musicians! What a fun show!
Great night at the Mann!
