Selena is widely referred to as the Queen of Tejano Music, and was named as one of Billboard magazines Greatest Latino Artists of All Time, and is one of the best selling female artists in Latin music to this day. One of her albums, Entre a Mi Mundo spent eight months at number one on Billboard's Regional Mexican Albums. She was tragically killed in 1995, but her legacy lives on.
