He is best known for his widely syndicated TV show Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown which takes in the world's best eats, and also for his caustic humor that has reduced many an underperforming cook to tears.

THE TOUR

His new tour for 2015, Close To The Bone sees him share stories from his time on the road, offer his uncompromising views on politics and providing a deep insight into his world view which has been shaped by his experience of travelling through both culinary capitals and conflict zones.His straight-talkin, no-nonsense spin on everything from culinary delights, his books and kitchen horrors will have you laughing, wincing and squirming in your seats. There's also the opportunity to ask the man himself a few things yourself, in the Q&A session at the end of the show!

His show, Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations was on the air between 2004-12 has won audiences over wherever it has been screened and has garnered him two Emmy Awards. Not one to rest on his laurels, 2013 saw the premiere of ABC's The Taste, which he hosted with British cooking goddess Nigella Lawson and CNN travel docu-series Parts Unknown, which has won three Emmy Awards and a Peabody so far.
